Create in Me a Clean Heart
In remembrance of every grudge I held in my heart, every offense that kept me in anger and regret, all that stained my heart.
“Create in Me a Clean Heart”
“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” Psalm 51:10.
I would hear my Mother pray, and each time, she would ask God to create a clean heart in her and to renew a right spirit within her. It is essential for my Mother to be right with God. She instilled the spirit in me to be right with God above everything else. Before I make a move in everything I do, I question if it is right with God.
To be right with God, you must be right with the people in your life. It doesn’t matter how they feel about you; it matters how you feel about them. It would be best if we watched how we treat people in our everyday interactions, treating them better than we want to be treated. It is genuine humility to care about how you make others feel.
Recognize the God in them as you show them the God in you. You don’t have to connect with people after you forgive them, but you do have to clean the stain out of your heart to be right with God. It doesn’t matter if the person doesn’t forgive you; it matters more that you forgive yourself. Make it right by offering an apology when it is right to do so. Offer a kind gesture when it is appropriate.
“When you hurt someone, you feel it in your heart.” ~EsotericEnigmaHub
“ You’re cursing yourself when you cross your heart. (hand gesture motion crossing the heart and head) It’s the antichrist heart which represents the brain and the heart cutting the connection. The reason why this is bad because your brain and your heart are directly connected. The cranial brain does the thinking, but every thought you think produces an emotion felt in the heart. In fact, the heart has its own neural network with forty thousand specialized cells, which are the same cells found within the cranial brain. Therefore, the heart is the second brain.
However, the cranial brain has two hemispheres; therefore, thinking with it can cause dualism and confusion. The heart has an intelligence of its own. Just like the cranial brain, however, the heart does not have two hemispheres. It’s a singular organ, so when you say follow your heart, this has a deep meaning.
Because the heart is the tablet that tells you what is right and what is wrong, when you hurt someone, you can feel it in your heart. Your heart is the moral law within you that tells you what is right and what is wrong. That’s why Jesus is always pointing at the heart. “ EsotericEnigmaHub.
Your heart being clean is your consciousness being clean. What lives in your heart will show in the state of your consciousness. I always pray to God for more awareness and to expand my consciousness. My consciousness must be clean, or it will continue to remind me throughout my days that it’s not clean.
Some people have very little consciousness and can look at themselves in the mirror even when they have committed an atrocity. Then, some people have difficulty looking at themselves in the mirror after they have made the slightest mistake. They may continue to badger themselves with the error, dealing with it in the most unhealthy ways. I must be able to look at myself in the mirror. I must make it right with God.
If you are at odds with someone in your life and they pass away without warning, you may feel a sense of guilt—death guilt, as I call it. If you experience this, you will understand the disagreement wasn’t bigger than forgiveness. When the people you love pass away, you will think about everything you could have said and done. You will remember the time that was wasted on frivolous disagreements.
You will know pride kept you at odds with that person. Whatever the disagreement, it wasn’t worth not speaking to each other. I can think of some experiences that will cause you to cut ties entirely with people. I can think of unforgivable situations. In those situations, you must clean until you scrub the stain from your heart.
Requesting that God create a clean heart within you signifies a need to align with God’s will while upholding a spirit of honor and righteousness. When someone wrongs us, we may lash out, cut off, curse out, or crash out.
Our hearts may be filled with turmoil. It is difficult to accomplish anything and be happy and fulfilled without a clean heart.
“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.” Psalms 4:23.
We can talk about manifesting, aligning, and affirming, but until we clean our hearts, we will have a block in accomplishing the goals we want. We must do the inner work aligning with our true nature to bring forth our manifestations. We won’t feel true happiness and fulfillment until our energy flows freely through our bodies, which means cleaning our hearts.
To achieve the impossible, we must believe it and have an open heart for what we bring into our experiences. Our hearts must be open and free from all restrictions of doubt, frustration, grudges, and anger.
When your heart is open, the light can shine in and out. Your aura will show an open, big, bright, shiny heart. People will feel the magnificent innergy in your heart and feel magnetically drawn to you.
When people leave your presence, they will feel lighter and happier. However, when resentment, anger, pride, and grudges live in your heart, they block your heart from all the good life offers. Those lower emotions are a waste of time, as they attract experiences that perpetuate those feelings. Some people can feel your heart from miles away and will avoid you when it is in lower emotion.
We only have some time here and don’t know our exit date, so valuing how you spend your time is the highest respect for life and Thee Most High. We must give up something to get something in return. Life is about equal exchange. The Universe always seeks balance.
Everything comes down to frequency. Your heart’s rhythm affects how you feel. Have you recognized how your heart beats when you reflect on a hurtful experience? Do you notice how your heart beats during conflict or confrontation? Have you become overwhelmed thinking about a future event that makes you anxious and then seeing how your heart is beating?
“Wherever you go, go with all your heart.” Confucius.
“When a person begins to open their heart and, they can begin to sustain an elevated emotion. They begin to broaden the magnetic field around their body to nine meters wide. Now, the more energy the matter. They’re more wave than particle, and they can exert more effects on reality. When you open your heart, it is like dropping a pebble in water.”
You produce a ripple. If you drop a bigger stone, you produce a bigger ripple. If you’re able to sustain that state, you keep dropping the same rock over and over again, and you broadcast a signature into the field. The emotion is the magnetic charge.
Your intention, your thought, is the information that’s carried on that wave. And when you combine a clear intention with an elevated emotion, you begin to produce an effect on matter.”~Dr. Joe Dispenza

It benefits your health by keeping your heart open and clean. It helps you attract positive outcomes and experiences into your life. Additionally, it helps create a sense of inner peace and well-being. You won’t go through life without experiencing heartache. It’s natural to hurt in our hearts because everything flows from it.
The cost of heartbreak is more than what we can pay. Heartbreak can lead to depression, which in turn leads to heart disease, the leading cause of death. “A person in emotional distress can experience a heart attack-like event. It’s called broken heart syndrome, or more formally stress cardiomyopathy or takotsubo cardiomyopathy,” Gillinov, M., 2023.
Protect your heart like protect your life because it is the essence of your life. You wouldn’t allow anyone to punch you in the face without blocking it. Why would you let someone punch you in the heart without blocking it?
Sometimes, you are caught with your guard down. Without it beating, you would cease to be on this side. It does its job by beating without you telling it to do so and cleans out all the toxins it can. It gives you intuition, direction, and the good feeling of love.
Not everyone can see your heart and true intentions, but it’s in the ether, and God can.
You knew it because you felt it in your heart.
